Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exceptions Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to: personalized products, opened hygiene items, or large furniture with visible use. Manufacturer warranty applies to applicable furniture items.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- A restocking fee of 10–20% may apply to large furniture items.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange for pickup (where possible), replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
Exchanges Exchanges are allowed within the 30-day window, subject to product availability.
