We ship from our warehouses in the United States. Most domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original condition with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Certain items (such as personalized or hygiene-related products) may not be eligible for return. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website and check the order status under “My Account” → “Orders”.
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly and we will evaluate shipping options and costs on a case-by-case basis.
